- [Instructor] In this video, I'll explain some key vSphere features to you. And I just want to preface this video by saying this is going to be the longest video in this entire course. This one's going to take a little while, but I think that it might be one of your favorites in this entire course as well. What I'm going to do, is I'm going to go through many of the key features included in vSphere. And the way that we're going to do this is we're going to use a bunch of animations and images and diagrams to explain these features. And the reason we're going to do it in that way is because I find these concepts stick with people a lot better if they see some of the underlying details and understand the concepts behind these different operations. So let's start with vMotion. Here we see a Virtual Machine running on ESXi host one and we want to take that Virtual Machine and migrate it to ESXi host two, and we want to do so without downtime.
