Skill Level Beginner
- [Instructor] Welcome to part seven of my vSphere 6.7 professional course, which focuses on resource management. In our previous part we learned how to deploy VMs and hosts in vSphere 6.7. So as usual I'm going to start this part of the course by introducing a great free hands-on lab from VMWare. And the lab that we want to focus on in this part of the course is HOL-1904-01. And again if you're taking my course in order, you may have already completed this hands-on lab. But if you haven't, you definitely want to do it now. So as you can see here module one is going to walk you through what's new in vSphere 6.7 Performance and then module two is all about right sizing your VMs. So these are critical skills to understand if you want to understand resource management within vSphere. And then it continues to delve more deeply into performance, things like CPU contention and so on and so forth. So this is the lab that you want to complete as you work your way through this part of the course and again like all these other great labs that VMWare provides, it's available at hol.vmware.com. Thanks and enjoy learning about vSphere 6.7 resource management.
