- [Rick] In this video, I'll demonstrate how to create a vApp. So, here I am in the vSphere client and I'm going to go to Hosts and Clusters. And what I'm going to do is I'm going to create a couple of virtual machines, specifically for the purposes of this demo. So, I'm going to create three VMs and let's assume that we are in a situation where we have a web server. And so the web server is providing some kind of web resource to the outside world. And so people are accessing this web server, they're serving up, you know, a web page from it. On the back end, we're going to have an application server as well and this is a pretty common design. So, if we have an application server on the back end of this, the web server is going to rely upon that application server in order to function.
