What types of credit cards do you accept? Can I pay by check?

For individual customers, we accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. We do not accept checks or wire transfers for the payment of individual accounts.

How do I update my credit card and/or billing information?

To change your billing address or credit card information, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to Lynda.com
  2. Select Hi, Your Name at the top right of any Lynda.com page
  3. Select Profile then Account + billing
  4. In the Billing information section, select edit/change
  5. Enter your new information in the appropriate fields
  6. Select Next to confirm changes

How can I get a copy of my payment receipt?

To ensure the privacy of member information, your billing history is available for review when logged into your Lynda.com account.

To view your billing history or print a receipt please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to Lynda.com
  2. Select Hi, Your Name at the top right of any Lynda.com page
  3. Select Profile
  4. From the Profile page, switch to the Account + billing tab on the far right
  5. Scroll down to the Payment history and receipts section
  6. Your account billing history will be displayed
  7. Select the Receipt link for the payment you wish to view

If I sign up for the online library, are my credit card transactions secure?

When you sign up for the Lynda.com online library, you can always be confident that your credit card information is secure. When I place an order online with my credit card, I am asked for my security code. Where do I find that?

For Visa, MasterCard, and Discover: Look at the back of your credit card. You should see a series of numbers adjacent to the signature strip. Your security code is the final three digits.

For American Express: Look at the front of your card. Your security code is the four-digit number located above and to the right of the card number.
