What is the Project Management Institute (PMI)?

The Project Management Institute (PMI)® is the world’s largest not-for-profit membership association for the project management profession. Their professional resources and research empower more than 700,000 members, credential holders and volunteers in nearly every country in the world to enhance their careers, improve their organizations’ success and further mature the profession.

How is affiliated with PMI?

We are a Registered Education Provider (R.E.P.). This means we‘ve been approved to offer training in project management and business skills, and to issue professional development units (PDUs) to meet PMI’s continuing education requirements for many of its credential holders. is PMI R.E.P. #4101, to be specific.

What PMI Credentials can be maintained at

Project Management Professionals (PMP)® and Program Management Professionals (PgMP)® credential holders can watch any of over 90 qualifying courses to earn PDUs that can be applied to required continuing education.

Will prepare me for taking the PMP® Exam? doesn’t currently offer specific PMP® Exam preparation program that includes practice exams and test-taking strategy. Depending on how you want to study for the exam, can support your efforts, but we recommend supplementing your efforts with reading the PMBOK® Guide, Fifth Edition and additional exam preparation as appropriate for your level of knowledge.

How many of’s courses qualify for PDUs?

We currently have over 90 courses and counting, which is over 160 hours of instructional video content, resulting in as many as 110 PDUs that can be earned by credential holders.

Do I have to be a member to earn continuing education PDUs?

Yes, in order to complete a course that qualifies for PDUs, you’ll need access to the entire course, which is only possible through an active membership.

How much does it cost to access these qualified courses?

There are a variety of plans to choose from to become a member at Monthly plans start at $25 and yearly plans start at $250. NOTE: The cost of membership grants you access to the ENTIRE collection of over 3,000 online videos across multiple training topics and tools. You’ll be pleasantly surprised just how much you can learn!

Can I pay for just the courses I want to watch to earn my PDUs?

No, access is granted through a membership, which unlocks all 3,000+ courses. This means you can watch anything you’d like on, which covers Business, Technology, and Creative skills and tools.

How do I see the courses I’ve completed that are eligible for PDUs?

As a member, you earn a Certificate of Completion for every course you complete. Go to your My courses dropdown at the top right of the site, and click on Certificates of completion from the menu. This will take you to a page that houses all of your Certificates. Find the certificate for the PDU eligible course(s) you are looking for, and choose the view/print option to view, save, and share your certificate.

How do I report earned PDUs to PMI?

When you’ve completed any of the 90+ qualifying PDU earning courses, you’ll be ready to make your claim at the Project Management Institutes website. Here’s how:

Log in to and click My Profile. At the Certification Status tab, click Report PDUs. Select Cat A from the dropdown menu. Click Find an Activity (course or event) in Activity type.

Enter your course title and to filter the search. Click Search.

Enter your start and finish dates. Select the I agree this claim is accurate check box when you’ve fully entered the correct information. Click Submit. Then, watch for (a) an email from PMI noting that your claim has been submitted and (b) another email from PMI confirming the approval of your claim.

Repeat the above process as needed for all applicable courses you complete.

How long does it take for PMI to approve my claim submittal?

This is completely dependent on PMI, but members have told us that it often happens the same day they submit the PDU claim.

What if I’m not a PMP® Professional? Can these courses help me learn project management?

Yes. The courses recommended for keeping your credential current cover a wide range of project management, leadership, team management, and communication skills. They are designed to help anyone learn the field and apply project management skills.
