Michael has over 10 years of experience creating web applications utilizing the latest Java and open-source technologies. As he created these applications, Michael used different Java technologies through various database systems, including Oracle, Mongo, MySQL, Postgres, Cassandra, and even Sybase. He has a strong interest in using other programming languages and learning their functionality. Throughout his career, Michael has had the opportunity to work with various other technologies, from Cisco networking products—which he used while serving in the U.S. Army—to Linux and Solaris.
