He has provided program/project management expertise to the US Navy, Army, Federal and civil, along with the banking, telecommunications, retail, and entertainment industries as well as other commercial clients. He conducts training courses on project management theory and does extensive consulting in the application of project management tools and techniques. He has been actively involved in the Microsoft Project Users Group (MPUG) board of directors and the PMI CMass chapter.
