Voiceover: once you have the design of your template…completed from the original spreadsheet…it's now time to double check things, tidy things up.…I've moved the media placeholders around…so they're not overlapping, looks good.…We go through each of the sheets here…in our kinetECO budget file…that we were using to create the template.…And now everything looks good…and ready to save as a template.…If you skip to this movie and need to get caught up…open up, "KEcoBudget0904", you'll have what I have.…This is really the easy part…we go to the File menu and choose Save As Template...…
Now we get to choose whether or not…we're going to just save it…to a location of our choosing…or add it to the Template Chooser.…It'll fall under a new category called My Templates.…So we can easily access it every time…we go to create a new file here in Numbers.…That's what I'm going to do, Add to Template Chooser.…As soon as we do that you can see…My Templates shows up as a category.…The name of the template by default…will be the name of the file we're working with…
