When you want to share an electronic version…of your numbers file with people who are not using numbers…and maybe not even using Microsoft Excel, there are a couple…of other options to choose from.…For example, if you want to share this with people…so they can view it electronically but not access the data…and make changes, in other words a read only format.…Or maybe you do want them to be able to access the data…but you're not sure if they even…have a spreadsheet application.…Well there's an option for that too.…And we're gonna take a look at them now…as we continue working with our [Keneco] budget file.…
KEco final dot numbers, you'll find it in…the chapter 10 folder of your exercise file.…Let's go to file, move down to export…and start with the read only format right…at the top pdf portable document format.…When we select, this we get the choose the image quality.…The higher the quality, the bigger the pdf file will be.…Good is the default and lowest quality.…Let's go to a nice high quality with best.…And the only other option is do we want them…
