Join David Rivers for an in-depth discussion in this video Creating media placeholders, part of Numbers 3 Essential Training.
Just as we can create a placeholder for text,…as we did in the previous movie here,…for entering the year of the spreadsheet,…we can also add media placeholders.…These are placeholders where people can click a button…to add pictures, audio files, videos.…We're going to do that on a new sheet,…so let's go to the plus sign here…of our KinetECO budget template we're creating.…If you need to get caught up, open up KEcoBudget0903.…
When we click the plus sign we see…the new sheet appears right after our current sheet,…profit / loss summary, but we can click…and drag that to the end.…We can double-click sheet two and type in, "Media Page."…We can remove the table.…With it selected press the delete key on your keyboard.…Let's add a text box, so people know…this is the media page inside.…That's exactly what we'll type.…"Media page."…We'll move that by deselecting and clicking…and dragging it up near the top.…
We'll format it.…Let's make it bigger.…I'm going to go all the way up to 20 points,…and if we wanted to we can move that around…
