Another type of formatting we have yet to explore…is conditional highlighting.…This is actually going to format the cell based…on certain conditions and we get to set the rules.…That's what we're going to do with our [Kinect] Eco…budget file, and if you skipped to this movie,…you can open up "KEcoBudget0702"…from the chapter seven folder of the exercise files.…Let's go to this profit loss summary sheet,…our first table, and let's apply some conditional…highlighting to the difference column.…We already seen negative numbers have this…highlighting or formatting where they appear…as red numbers in brackets.…
But if we wanted to highlight cells…that's something different, for example,…let's select these two cells here for the difference…for total expenses and total income.…If it's going to be over a hundred percent,…maybe it should be highlighted in green,…and if it's going to be below a hundred percent…that would be maybe red, for example.…Well all we have to do now is go to the inspector…with the cell tab selected down at the bottom…
