Voiceover: checking spelling and grammar here in Numbers…is much like many other programs…you're already familiar with…but there are a couple subtleties…we're going to look at.…As we continue working with our KinetEco budget file,…you can get caught up if you need to,…by opening up, "KEcoBudget0706."…We're on the Profit Loss Summary sheet…and down below let's just experiment…a little bit with spelling.…There are some things that are turned on by default.…We'll click in the cell under Update KinetEco Inc. website…and we'll start to type something incorrectly.…
How about, "Confirm attendance",…we'll spell attendance with one "t",…"of each KinetEco dept. head."…Okay, so some things are happening here.…We're seeing some red underlines.…That's because automatically…Numbers is going to be checking your spelling on the fly…and showing you where there might be typos.…The first one definitely is a typo.…And the easiest way to fix it, on the fly,…is to right-click or ctrl-click,…and choose from the pop-up menu the correct spelling…
