Join David Rivers for an in-depth discussion in this video Adding audio and video, part of Numbers 3 Essential Training.
One of the cool things you can do…with a Numbers spreadsheet is include…audio and video.…That's what we're going to do with our KinetEco…budget file here we've been building.…And if you've skipped to this movie…and need to get caught up,…just open up KEcoBudget0807.…We're on the Profit Loss Summary sheet,…that's where we left off.…But we're going to add a separate sheet…for our media, our audio and video file…that we're about to add.…So let's click the plus sign in the top left corner.…There's our new sheet, it automatically shows up…after the selected sheet,…which was our Profit Loss Summary.…
Let's move it by clicking and dragging the tab…all the way to the right after Expense Details.…And then we'll click the drop down,…and choose to rename it by clicking Rename.…Now we can type in the new name, which is Media.…Just like so.…Press Return to lock that in.…And in fact, we don't even need a table on this sheet.…So with the table selected, we'll press delete…on the keyboard to remove it.…All we're going to do now is insert…
