- Hey, everybody, Sean Duggan here. Welcome back to Mobile Photography Weekly. You know, one of the things that I like to do with my mobile phones is play around with creating collages and photo composites. Now, the difference there in my mind is that a collage is something where I'm photographing something and removing an element from one photo and collaging it with another photo, in a way where it's just more of an arrangement or an assemblage, as opposed to a photo composite where I'm trying to blend things together to make it a little bit more realistic, even if it is an obviously fantastical scene. So, what I want to do here is talk about some techniques you can apply when you're creating your photographs that'll make it a lot easier once you get into a collage or compositing app, to separate an element from the background and place it where you want it.
