- Before I got this iPhone 11 Pro, I was actually perfectly happy with the phone that I had before. I got this phone specifically because I wanted the extra wide angle lens that it had. I really like wide focal lengths and I'd often found myself a little frustrated with even the widest angle lens that's on my old iPhone. It was still just a little narrower than what I wanted in a lot of cases. So I really like having three different focal lengths at my disposal. You can get add-on lenses for your mobile phone that give you everything from wider angles to more telephoto, to macro to fisheye. A lot of these lenses are very good. Lot of 'em are kind of so so. You just need to check out reviews and shop around but what they get you is some added capabilities, just like adding or changing a lens on a regular camera does.
