- So there you go.…I hope you've learned a few new things about…your Fitbit tracker and that you will now be able…to take full advantage of its features and abilities.…As I mentioned earlier in the course,…be sure to check with your doctor before you make…any major changes to your activity levels,…but hopefully, wearing your Fitbit and setting move goals…will encourage you to start getting up and moving…more frequently on a daily basis.…Again, if your Fitbit includes a heart rate monitor,…pay a visit to heart.org and look up the information there…on target heart rates to get the most…benefit from your heart rate data.…And I'll say it again, consult your doctor to make…sure you're aiming for the right target heart rates for you.…
