- Hey there. Sean here. And I'm out at the beautiful Demetria Estates Winery and Vineyard in Southern California. Just a wonderful morning here, got some cool fog. And what we're gonna be doing today is exploring Hyperlapse by Instagram. So Hyperlapse is a pretty cool app that, as the name might suggest to you, has something to do with time lapse. But it's different from a normal, more conventional time lapse. What Hyperlapse does, its, instead of covering something over a really long duration of time and compressing it, it's covering things over a shorter duration of time. Still compressing it and speeding it up if you so choose. But, the cool thing about Hyperlapse is that it has a software video stabilization algorithm that it is applying to the rendered video. So that's what's really cool about it. The other thing that's different from a regular time lapse is it's not designed to be on a tripod, it's designed to be in motion.
