This is where I can view and modify my various goals…that I track with my device and through the app.…For example, I'll tap Activity.…The default step goal on Fitbit devices is for you…to log 10,000 steps per day.…You can tap on any of these goals to change them.…For example, maybe you're just starting to get active again…
