Using a mobile hotspot

If you have a WiFi only device such as an iPod Touch or an iPad or other tablet, you can purchase a Mobile Hotspot to create your own personal wireless network which will usually cover between three to eight devices. This is great for one business traveler who has a laptop, tablet, smartphone, iPod Touch, et cetera. Or a vacationing family in which all family members have iPods which can only work with a WiFi connection. It will be up to you to choose a carrier such as Virgin Mobile, or T-Mobile. You can purchase them online, or you can even purchase them directly at the carrier physical retail shops. A Mobile Hotspot is the size of a deck of cards. So it's easy to keep in your pocket, backpack or handbag. You simply turn it on when you need it. It doesn't even have to be out in the open.
