I did save a file on my iPad earlier…so I see it here.…In this location, it shows the files and folders…that have been saved directly…on the iPad's internal storage…and you can browse around here but you cannot…make new folders and you cannot make new files here.…The folders that you see here are created by apps.…I have a Word folder because earlier…I saved a document on my iPad's internal storage…
