- In this week's Monday Productivity Pointers, I want to give you an option to enlarge part of your computer screen. This is great if you're doing a presentation in front of a room full of people, and you need to quickly make something on your screen easier to see. We'll do this on both MAC and Windows. Starting here in Windows, I want to go into the Start menu, and then I'll go into Settings. In Settings, I'll go to the Ease of Access category, and then on the left side I want to select Magnifier. Now there are a bunch of options here and you can read through the information on this screen, but I want to do everything with keyboard commands. However there is one thing here that I want to change. In this menu under where it says change zoom increments, I want to switch it to 25%.
