- [Jess] My name is Jess Stratton, and welcome to Monday Productivity Pointers. It is possible in Outlook to have a signature file, that is, a list of your contact details at the bottom of every email that you send out. You can also put a picture in there, that is, a company logo or links to Facebook and Twitter and other social media icons. The first thing that you need to do is have your image. Now, I do have a small image of the Landon Hotel company logo. You can also go online and find small images of the Facebook logo or the Twitter logo. So you need to have those saved to your desktop first. From here, we get into the signature file area in Outlook, and I do that by clicking File on the top left hand side of the screen, clicking Options all the way down at the bottom, making sure I'm on the Mail tab on the left, and finally, we can click Signatures on the right. I already have a Landon Hotel signature. If you don't have one at all, you can click New, and now you can come down…
