Use Night Shift on the Mac

- [Jess] My name is Jess Stratton, and welcome to Monday Productivity Pointers. I've shown you how to use Night Shift on iOS devices. What Night Shift does is it takes the screen from that blue hue to a much softer yellow so that it's easier on your eyes at nighttime. You can set it or schedule it at a custom schedule or from sunset to sunrise. You can also do this on the Mac. Here's how. In System Preferences, click Displays. From here, change to the Night Shift tab. Here's where you can turn it on. By default, it's off, but you can either change it to a custom schedule that you specify or a set it and forget it from sunset to sunrise. In addition, you can change from a less warm change to a more warm change depending on what your preference is. Once you have this turned on, you can click the back button to go back to Settings, and it will always change on you. You don't have to do anything else.
