- [Jess] My name is Jess Stratton, and welcome to this week's edition of "Monday Productivity Pointers." I only recently found out about this one, and I'm so excited to share it with you. Sometimes, the data that we need to get into Excel comes from a web page. It could be Little League rosters, statistics, or more complex data from a company intranet. Instead of copying and pasting, which, let's face it, rarely goes well, and usually involves a lot of fixing data and other things that didn't paste correctly. Well, instead of doing that, we can have Excel reach out to that web site, and get the data for us. Let's take a look at this web site. I thought this would be fun, a walk-through of Windows release dates. We're going to import this into Excel, and not have to copy an paste, or do any more work.
