The Microsoft Office applications Word, Excel, and PowerPoint have an autosave option. When this is turned on, you can make changes to a document and those changes will automatically be saved. Some users will find that the autosave option is not available. This video explains how autosave works and clarifies the conditions when it is available. Autosave only works for files that are saved to OneDrive or SharePoint.
