Reset network settings

- [Instructor] Occasionally, you might find that your iPhone or iPad has trouble connecting to Wi-Fi networks that you know it should be able to connect to. Assuming that you know the network itself is operational and working properly, here's some things you can try on your device to troubleshoot. First go to Settings, to Wi-Fi and make sure Wi-Fi is turned on. Then see if the name of the network you're trying to connect to is listed here at the top of the screen. If it has a check mark next to it, like we see here, you should be connected. But if you see it here and you're still not getting online, tap the info button next to the network's name. And here tap Forget This Network. This makes your iPhone forget the network and you'll have to manually connect to it again. So I now see it under the list of network names.
