- [Garrick] Hi, I'm Garrick Chow, and welcome to Monday productivity pointers. Jeff Stratton has covered several tips for working more effectively and efficiently with YouTube videos in past installments of this series. Today I wanted to throw in a couple of my own. I'm here on YouTube with a video currently paused. Now you probably know that you can pause and play video by pressing either the Enter key or the Spacebar on your your keyboard. - Here we are Neil Peart's drum set. It is obviously not your standard drum set that you would walk down to Long & McQuade in Toronto and buy in 1974. - [Garrick] And again pressing Spacebar or Enter pauses the video. Now one issue that effects these two keyboard commands is that the video has to be the active element on the page in order for them to work. Basically this means that you have to first click somewhere in the video or it's playback controls with your mouse in order to use the Spacebar or Enter key on your keyboard to pause and play…
