- My name is Jess Stratton and welcome to Monday Productivity Pointers. This week, I'm in Google Drive. And I'm going to talk to you about something called Google Workspaces, which is available to you if you are a G suite or Google apps for business user. Right now, I'm in the free Google Drive account and if you want to know the difference, up here in My Drive, I have something called Quick Access, which are files that I work with frequently. So, Google Drive has made them very accessible. I'm going to close out of this and instead, change to my Google Drive for business account. The difference is underneath My Drive, I have something called Shared drives but I also have something called Priority at the top. It's very similar to Quick Access and in fact, I have Quick Access up here. But if I click on Priority, it's giving me things right in this top list.
