Making screenshots in Windows

- [Instructor] In this week's Monday Productivity Pointers, we're looking at taking screenshots in Windows. These are quick pictures of whatever's on your screen, which you can then drop into a document or some other project where you might need a picture. I wanna take a picture of this webpage that I have open and drop that picture into a PowerPoint presentation. The easiest option for this is a keyboard shortcut that has been in Windows for a long time. Tap the Print Screen key and it takes a picture of your screen. Now that picture has been copied to my clipboard so I can paste it into any application that can work with pictures. So let me jump over to the PowerPoint presentation I'm working on. Go to the slide that I want and I'll hit the Paste button in the Home ribbon and there's that picture. And naturally, I can resize it and position it wherever I want on this slide.
