Join Todd Perkins for an in-depth discussion in this video Demoing the finished app, part of Building a Note-Taking App for iOS 7.
Here is the finished version of the application we're going to build in this course. If I click the plus button, I can create a new note. So, I'll type example note in here, and then click Back. And the note is saved. I can see the preview of the note in the list I can create more notes. And they're organized with the newest notes at the top. So, I'll click Back. The application also has support for editing notes and deleting them. So, throughout this course, we'll look at how to build this application from scratch, one step at a time.
These courses take you through building a complete mobile app from scratch; this installment uses the iOS SDK and Xcode to get the job done. Author Todd Perkins shows you how to create an Xcode project, lay out apps visually, connect UI elements to code, and save data to persistent storage. Start here, and compare and contrast your results with the other courses to learn about the differences and similarities of the platforms.
