Conditional formatting in Google Sheets allows users to change the font properties of a cell, row or column. A user can even change the background color of a cell. In this video, staff author Jess Stratton shows users how to add conditional formatting to cell data, and provides useful examples for everyday spreadsheet activity, such as changing the cell color based on date, text length, and whether or not a cell is empty.
