- [Instructor] Previously we saw how to add sound effects, music and other audio clips to our project and the method I used was to drag them into the project and attach them to one of the clips. And again, this means that if I drag that clip anywhere, the sound's attached to it and move with it. But what I wanted some music that plays from the beginning of my project and won't be moved if I shuffle my video clips around. So to add music to your iMovie project, you can either drag it in from a finder window on your Mac or browse with the content library, which gives you access to your music library, any garage band songs you've composed as well as the sound effects libraries, which contains hundreds of sound effects and musical pieces. Now, if you are dragging in your own music, note that it has to be a quick time compatible format like an MP3 an AIF file or an AAC file. In this case though, I'm going to stick with the sound…
