…One thing that I like is the ability…to receive edits or comments from other users.…By sharing documents into iCloud, you could then push those documents out…to other people on your team, or to a client or a collaborator.…And then they could go ahead and modify.…You'll have the ability to see any changes that they made, as well…as comments that they've added, and then those become available in your document.…At that…point, you can decide which ones to keep and which ones…to ignore, but it's a great process that makes things really seamless.…
Here's how it works.…To track changes, be sure to choose Edit > Track Changes.…Now in this case, I could choose to send this document to a colleague.…For example, I could choose Send a Copy via Email.…Attach it as a Pages document,…and choose to add a password if I'd like to add a level of security.…Once I send that, she could receive that,…and make any modifications as needed.…Then, once she returns the file to me, it comes through as an attachment.…Double-clicking will open the file and show…
