Adding a Keynote presentation
- Now, let's add an interactive Keynote presentation to our book. If you're following along, I'm on page 25 in the Taste of California section. To add an interactive Keynote file to our document, click the Widget menu and select Keynote. Our widget inspector automatically opens up and the widget is added to our page. Let's change it from an Anchored to a Floating object and drag it up into place. Next, we'll need to finish preparing our Keynote file. I've included in the Chapter 10 exercise files Keynote_media folder, a document called 2Trees_Tour_start.key. Let's have a look at the file so we can see what's going on. An interactive Keynote is simply a Keynote slide presentation where there's one slide for each frame of our interaction. You create buttons from objects. These are noted by the small blue link icons on the page. This document is nearly finished, but we need to hook up the last couple of buttons here on the first slide.
