An everyday project

- Here at the Practicing Photographer we've talked a lot about the importance of having a project to work on, and what that can do for you, how that can guide you, and how you might choose a project. I'm sitting here today with photographer Elizabeth Greenberg. Elizabeth, you have a really extreme project that you've been engaged in for years, and I'd love to talk about it. - Thank you, yes, so it's my unintentional project. Because I've never been project driven, and stumbled into this through noticing extraordinary light making a picture and thinking wow, I should do something with it. And with that one picture began making, you know, building on it and chasing light, for starters, which is a great thing for photographers to do, and as I chased light it went from being inside to being outside, to being anywhere I went, which has now, almost three years later, it's this project called Imaginary Places.
