- Congratulations, you've reached the end of this course on conflict resolution. I'm sure there were parts that were tough, but you stuck with it. Now you don't have to be someone who hates conflict or confrontation. You're equipped to navigate through even really, sticky conflicts by listening carefully and guiding everyone to a resolution. If you're interested in becoming even better at managing conflict, I encourage you to check out my book, "Closing Conflict for Leaders" and Roger Fish's book, "Getting to Yes". I also highly recommend Alissa Carpenter's book, "How to Listen and Be Heard".
