Working with radial gradients
- [Instructor] Previously we looked at the basics of working with linear gradients. Now let's turn our attention to radial gradients. In my file, I have a sky that's rectangle filled with a linear gradient. And if I want to change the gradient style from linear to radial, I can do that in the fill and stroke dialogue. So now I have a radial gradient and I'm going to click here and name it sky. I'll take the gradient tool and click the button to reverse the gradient. Note that the buttons over on the far left of the tool controls with the gradient tool won't allow you to change an existing gradient. Those are just for new gradients. Now with radial gradients, I have three stops that I can use to change the shape. There's one square and two round. The color of the two brown stops is linked so if you change one, the other will change too but you can move them independently. So I can make an elliptical gradient at any…
