- [Instructor] Salesforce dashboards…are organized in folders.…Now, users must have permission to manage folder access…or manage dashboards in public folders.…Let's go ahead and take a look at this.…The Salesforce administrator controls permissions…and visibility settings for dashboard folders.…We'll go ahead and click on the gear cog icon…and click Setup.…Once this screen loads on the left-hand side,…the user admin will go ahead into profiles…and will pull up the profile section…and pick a particular user profile,…the one that applies to the user in question and edit it…and then you can go ahead and change…the settings for dashboards here…under administrative permissions…and also under the area called general user permissions.…
Now let's go ahead and save our changes…and then let's go ahead and close the tab here.…The Salesforce administrator controls permissions…and visibility settings for dashboard folders.…These permissions control who can read, write, modify,…and delete a folder…and the dashboards inside of that folder.…
