- [Instructor] So what should you know before you start doing your AutoCAD Using the Command Line course? Well, the first thing you should have really done is your AutoCAD Essential Training. You can find that in the library. Go look up AutoCAD Essential Training and you can find my course where we go through everything you need to know about AutoCAD. Now, the reason I suggest that you should do that first is some of the terminology in this course is more biased towards slightly more intermediate users rather than beginners. Obviously you can take this course if you wish straight away and go ahead and take it, but you should have a reasonable working knowledge of AutoCAD beforehand. Now, the other thing that you should know is this particular AutoCAD course has been recorded using AutoCAD 2019. Now, don't worry if you're using an older AutoCAD version, you can still do that, and the exercise files are available in the library in a format that you can use with older versions of AutoCAD as well. So, that's what you should really know in a nutshell, before you take this AutoCAD Using the Command Line course.
