- [Instructor] This is an introductory course on cloud native technologies, which will show you the ropes to implement cloud native architectures at your company. You don't need any prior knowledge to understand cloud native. I'll start at the beginning. Following this course you may want to check out some of the additional courses we have in the library that will help your team implement containers and Kubernetes quicker. If you're new to DevOps, check out the DevOps Foundation course here in the library by Ernest Mueller and James Wickett. They give a great introduction to what DevOps is and the various topics under the umbrella. If you're going to get your hands dirty with Kubernetes after watching this course, definitely check out the Learning Kubernetes course that I authored. It will help you get your feet wet with Kubernetes and understand how to use it from a developer perspective. If you're trying to learn more about microservices and Kubernetes, watch the Kubernetes: Microservices course where I explain how to break up a sample monolith to microservices and deploy the application to a Kubernetes environment. This course is intended for a senior audience of CTOs, Vice Presidents, and Chief Architects who are looking at cloud native from a high level.
