- Congratulations on completing this course on asking productive questions. My hope is that you've come away with a few things you might do to improve your use of questions. To help you focus, I'd like to ask you one question. Based on what you learned in this course, what's one step you'll take this week to ask more productive questions? Consider your answer to that question, and then schedule some time on your calendar to take that action. Because everyone's experience changes over time, I also recommend scheduling a time, maybe six months from now, to come back to this course and give it a quick review. I'd also suggest taking my courses on the fundamentals of time management and how to lead productive meetings.
