Typing commands
- [Instructor] We're staying in the Prompt.DWG file, and as usual you can download that from the library to follow along with the video, as I mentioned previously. But what we're going to look at now is typing commands in AutoCAD using the command line only, so to do this, I'm going to come down to the status bar and I'm going to switch off my Dynamic Input, which for me, I don't like doing because I like it to be on, but I just want to use the command line only, so we're going to type our command in the command line. So I'm going to come down here, hover over the command line, as you can see, remember that setting? Makes it go nice, and white, and non transparent, so I click there once like that, and you can see as soon as I move away, it goes away again. So keep that cursor, that little sort of eye shaped cursor, over the command line, so that you can type. I'm going to type, Polygon, like so. Now as soon as I do that, you see the suggestion menu pop-up, but as I continue to type…
