Testing solutions
- So you've brainstormed with your team and have a whole list of possible solutions. Now what? As Walt Disney said, it's time to keep moving forward, opening up new doors and doing new things. The key here is being curious. You have to become curious about all of the potential solutions given you've gathered. People won't agree on all of them but taking the time to explore them to their full potential will lead you to further exploration. When you complete this lesson, you'll understand why curiosity drives the process of testing solutions to conflict and how to begin testing solutions yourself. To start, take advantage of all the information you've gained so far about the wants, needs, and values of those involved.
