- [Instructor] SharePoint lists are really single table databases. And when we think about databases, whether that's a table in Excel or SQL Server or Microsoft Access, we think about features that have to do with how we manage the data, being able to sort our data, being able to filter our data. We can do all of those things here in SharePoint as well. If you look at our list we have the ability to sort this by any of these columns. For example, if we wanted to sort these items by SKU we can click the drop-down and we can sort these A to Z or Z to A, either one. I'm going to sort these by SKU A to Z. And now they're all sorted in that order. There's no such thing as remove a sort. If we want to have a different sort we need to sort by something else or choose a different view. So if I wanted to sort these now by Product name I can sort them from A to Z, for example. And unlike Excel where when we impose one sort…
