(upbeat music) - [Instructor] Okay here's what my new form looks like. Does yours look like this? I'm pretty sure it does. And once again by the way we see we've got this pesky error message, let's just go ahead and get that out of there. There, now if your form does not look like this, check that you've created the new columns properly and you might check and make sure if your fields aren't there, check under here and just make sure that those fields are showing in here. They may not have populated automatically but as long as the fields exist on the list, you will be able to add them afterwards. So if that didn't happen, check that you've created the columns properly, go back and review the chapter two videos and see if you can spot where you went wrong. And if you weren't able to create a form at all, check with your SharePoint admin, you may not have the ability to do so.
