- [Instructor] This document is saved in a SharePoint library, and I'd like to be able to share this document with some folks who aren't necessarily members of my SharePoint site. I can do that right here, there's a share button in Microsoft Word. And if I click the share button, I can share the document. I can also see who this document is already shared with. My share choices are that people in my organization, with this link, will be able to edit. Or I could say I'd like this link to work for people who already have existing access. In other words, I might want to share this so that I could send them a message and remind them that they should be reviewing a document, or reading it. I could share this with specific people. I can prevent them from downloading the document, and just let them look at it online. So, you can't edit and you can't download it.
