- So today we really focused on a very small neighborhood, but sometimes it's better to do that than try to capture it all. Especially when you're visiting a new place, it's overwhelming because you want to just capture it all with your camera, and you end up with a multitude of mediocre shots or cliche images, and if you just slow down a little bit, just take a couple of hours and really focus your efforts in a small neighborhood, you'll get better images because you'll be within some limitations and you'll see better. So today, I love the cable car because that is so San Francisco, so that was a great place to start. I really love getting on it, but my favorite part was actually when I got off, before I switched cable car, I took pictures of the people who were still on it, and the picture of the woman in the window with the signage of the cable car I think will be one of my favorite shots. And then working with reflections, to photograph such an iconic thing in a different way that…
