- [Instructor] News provides an easy way to keep your team up-to-date. SharePoint mobile applications are optimized to display news as soon as it comes in, and our SharePoint Team sites feature news. It's right up here at the top, this fabulous web part. To be able to add a new news post, simply click Add and choose News Post, and a news post is really an entire page, it's a Wiki page, so I'm going to name my news post, which is (keyboard typing) Q3 Results are in..., and notice that as I'm working on page, I can save it as a draft or I can save it as a template. So if I wanted to create a template for a particular type of post that I create, for example, on a weekly basis, a weekly update, weekly reminder, that sort of thing, I could create a template. But I'm simply going to save this as a draft, and this allows me to continue working on this. It's not done yet. There's a cool little Edit button right up here that…
