- Typically, photogrammetry-based data results in common data types that can be used to analyze and visualize your photo reconstruction, and these are: Point cloud, Mesh model, and Geolocated image data. These data files can end up quite large. Up to several gigabytes for larger projects. And even if the data file is not large in file size, it can be unwieldy if you're trying to navigate these processed results and software that the data was not directly derived from. Many photogrammetry platforms are notorious for not playing nice with others. Which is fine, so long as you start with the end in mine for your deliverables. And have a well-thought-out strategy for how this data will eventually be presented. One common method for visualizing these data deliverables are through cloud based software platforms, these include some level of secure login, and are typically on a subscription basis.
