- [Instructor] The next thing I need to work on is a review of the Employee Handbook. And even though I know where it lives it's so fast to search that I'm going to simply search for it and then click to open that document. Notice that when I do that I get a new browser tab and it opens in the online version of Microsoft Word. And it opened really quickly. This isn't a small document, it's 25 pages. One of the beauties of the online versions of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is they optimize showing you the document. So if all I need to do is get in here and look at it it's right here. It's not loading all of the tools that I might possibly need to fully edit a document. Instead it's giving me the minimum of what I need and getting the document to me very, very quickly.
